The executive staff at TEGA is composed of professionals with a balance of gender and region. The association has an executive board chaired by a Board Chair, Country Directors, Local Regional Directors, a Program Director and Project Assistants, a Communications officer, a Finance Director and two project finance clerks. TEGA currently has two regional offices in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon and Focal Points in the Far North Region, North, Centre, Littoral, South and West. It consists of 200 members and 30 volunteers serving across the regions. TEGA hires regular consultants to train its employees and project team on specific domains.
