The vision that TEGA was greatly applauded by Mr. Terrestra Nang, the Regional Delegate for youth affairs and civic education, during his opening remarks. He was stern on the fact that social encouragement, rather than academic parameters be set as criteria to support the vulnerable, especially the internally displaced persons. He urged the executive board to identify teens who are desirous to attend school but lack the financial resources, especially persons living with disabilities.

Neba Wanki, the chairman of the executive board, gave a brief but wise statement to welcome everyone. He placed a strong emphasis on encouraging entrepreneurship and educating at-risk teenagers across the nation. He claimed that he decided on the littoral area for this program since it is thought that the majority of individuals impacted have ended up there. Therefore, the littoral area served as a focal point for locating these people.

Then, four randomly chosen IDPs were invited to speak, and their unsettling tales disturbed everyone in attendance. Thankfully, they were from different regions of the nation, despite the fact that they all had similar stories that led them to seek refuge in the littoral area. The TEGA board later presented them with some gifts after their heartbreaking tales moved so many people.

Later, the TEGA road map was presented by Fuche Anu, the country director of TEGA Cameroon. Defining the goals and priorities for 2023 Among others, forming alliances with governmental bodies, international organizations, and NGOs on a national and international scale. Finding at least 400 vulnerable youths and needy IDPs in the West, South West, North West, Littoral, and Center regions, providing them with academic scholarships, and now building an IDP and teen-focused educational facility. A 3D model of the facility was projected so that anyone around could see it.

It will be ready for use for the 2023–2024 academic year and is now being built in the Littoral Region. allowing entry to IDPs and young people who are vulnerable and who TEGA Cameroon has identified.

Barrister Clifford Akonteh provided clever answers to the questions, which required a legal intellect and jurisdictive notion to correctly respond. Doctor Gwewasang probed the team with inquiries to see whether they knew pretty much everything. But of course, TEGA Cameroon has experts on its infrastructure team to handle and overcome problems. The lawyer was therefore up to the task and clarified any members’ questions.
